This class comes to you! A perfect fit for small groups eager to learn about making fresh cheese, this shorter class is a simple introduction to the steps of cheesemaking. Learn about the basics of how milk turns into a solid, different methods of making simple fresh cheeses, what type of equipment is needed for home cheesemaking, and where to find supplies. Includes a demonstration make of ricotta cheese! Leave this class with some starter information and resources, and a recipe or two for making your own cheese at home.
$250 for a group up to 10. Approximately 1 ½ hour class. Location – your choice! All we need is an electrical outlet and water for cleanup.
